Our employees at Telsec ESS Schweiz AG are always committed to the safety and satisfaction of our customers. In addition, our on-call service is available 365 days a year, around the clock and - if necessary - within a very short time.
Maintenance contracts for security systems
We offer our customers Maintenance contracts for security systems such as video surveillance and alarm systems.
A maintenance contract is also an investment protection for the safety equipment of our customers. Our well-organized on-call service enables us to be on site quickly.
Of course, customers without a maintenance contract can also make use of our maintenance services. These will be billed directly and according to the applicable tariffs.

As far as this service is concerned, you can expect the maximum from us. Telsec ESS Schweiz AG is available for you 365 days a year and around the clock. Please note that the on-call call is chargeable and will always be offset against a flat-rate on-call charge. The flat rate is not charged to customers with a maintenance contract
