That is why we offer maintenance contracts with comprehensive maintenance and service features even after installation. In the rare event of a system malfunction, we always strive for a quick and uncomplicated solution. Thanks to our work throughout Switzerland, our technicians are quickly on site in an emergency in order to make the security system functional again as quickly as possible and to restore the usual security standard.

Our competent back office is available for questions and information about our products and services during office hours. In the event of malfunctions outside of normal office hours, our 24-hour hotline is always at your service and, in emergencies, calls on our on-call technician, who can either help over the phone or go out in urgent cases.
