Telsec AutoFrom planning through installation to annual maintenance and troubleshooting, we are the point of contact for security solutions.

The entire installation of the system is carried out by our highly trained technicians, from the cable tension (if desired) to the final training. We obtain all products from internationally recognized manufacturers. In our own production facility in the Netherlands, we produce the devices for our customer frequency counting division.

We are also happy to carry out regular maintenance and service work on the various security systems. We offer individual maintenance contracts for all our products. However, upon customer request, we are also prepared to spontaneously carry out a service without any contract.

Malfunctions and defects can occur even with the best systems. In the rare case of a system failure, we always strive for a quick and uncomplicated solution. Thanks to our Swiss-wide activities, in case of an emergency our technicians are quickly on site in order to make the system functional again and restore the usual security standard as quick as possible.

For questions and information about our products and services, our competent back office is available during office hours. In case of disruptions outside of normal office hours, our 24-hour hotline is always at your service. In case of an emergency, we mobilize our stand-by technician who can either help via telephone or, in case of urgency, will visit you directly.
