Security services - comprehensive service for your security system
From planning and installation to annual maintenance and troubleshooting, we are the contact for security solutions.
The entire installation of the system, from the cable pull (if desired) to the final training, is carried out by our first-class trained technicians. We purchase all products from internationally recognized manufacturers. We produce the devices for the customer frequency counting division in our own production facility in the Netherlands.
Regular maintenance and service work
We are also happy to carry out regular maintenance and service work on the various security systems. We offer individual maintenance contracts for all of our products, but we are also prepared to spontaneously carry out a service without a contract if the customer so requests.
Malfunctions and defects can also occur in the best systems. In the rare event of a system malfunction, we always strive for a quick and uncomplicated solution. Thanks to our work throughout Switzerland, our technicians are quickly on site in an emergency to get the system back to working order as quickly as possible and to restore the usual security standard.
Our competent back office is available for questions and information about our products and services during office hours. In the event of malfunctions outside of normal office hours, our 24-hour hotline is always at your service and, in the event of an emergency, calls on our on-call technician, who can either help by phone or in urgent cases.
